Guidelines for Kindergarten Transition Buddies

The purpose of Transition Buddies is to assist the classroom staff in ensuring a smooth transition into Kindergarten during a child’s first few days of school.  With this in mind, please remember the following guidelines:

Make a Referral

Program referrals can be made by parents, family members, medical professionals, day care providers, etc. and can be made via phone, online or fax

To make a referral via phone please call the referral number below or the referral specialist for the county you live in
