The Blue Mountain Early Learning Hub was recently selected, along with 4 other organizations, to participate as a Design Pilot for the Upstream Initiative with Oregon Health and Education Collaborative. The goal of this Design Pilot is to create a "Child Success Model" that can be used an a framework to create a statewide system to support children in their first 1000 days of life.
We will be collaborating with other regional partners that work with children and families to design this system. We will be able to share with OHEC what the needs of Eastern Oregon families are and how the state can support the systems that serve them.
