Project GLAD® Tier I: Foundations TrainingClassroom TeachersAugust 9-12, 9 am - 12 pmProject GLAD® Tier I: Foundations training equips teachers with the skills and practical instructional strategies to integrate language development into what they already teach.
PROGRAM FEATURES:
-Research and Theory Workshop Teachers start with an interactive workshop covering the foundational research for the model, and introducing 30+ instructional strategies.
-Classroom Demonstration Following the workshop, teachers see GLAD® in action! This onsite or hybrid learning experience illustrates the practical application of each strategy in a classroom or within a digital learning model.
-Resources The Learning Guide with detailed notes, strategy examples, and templates accompanies every registration. Teachers also receive access to hundreds of already created GLAD® units.
-Online and In-Person Options To get your teachers started right away, the Research & Theory workshop has an online option with a variety of scheduling possibilities to meet your needs.
Part I: Research & Theory Workshop Online Provides an overview of the model. The online training is divided into 4 sessions of 3 hours each $425/person *to be paid by districts
