The academy includes:
- Focus on professional learning that will provide relevant just-in-time information and interactive activities designed to support K-12 principals and other school administrators.
- Participation includes ongoing mentoring throughout the 2022-23 school year and a monthly one-hour Zoom check-in time
- Participation includes registration for the COSA Annual Seaside Conference
- Professional support provided by COSA staff
