As part of the 2025 Summer Series, IMESD and the Oregon Trail Regional Educator Network (OTREN) are hosting two literacy-focused workshops this August. On August 12, educators can attend a "Make and Take" session with Yolanda Westerberg, this session focuses on classroom literacy tools. On August 13, the session will focus on Literacy Strategies for state testing in grades 6-12. Both sessions will be held at Intermountain ESD Pendleton Building.
Here are some of the resources learners will take to their schools after the "Make and Take" workshop:
