WHO WE ARE
EI/ECSE is a family-centered program dedicated to supporting the growth, development, and success of young children from birth to age 5. We serve families throughout Baker, Grant, Morrow, Umatilla, and Union counties, while also supporting children and families in Wallowa and Malheur counties through subcontracted partnerships. Through early intervention, specialized instruction, and related services, we help children build the skills they need to thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.
WHAT WE DO
We provide free early childhood services and supports that empower children and families by fostering growth, encouraging learning, and building a strong foundation for future success.
